| Well Shiffs....the worst one undoubtedly was Hitler...who massacered the jews and made them a micro community.And the best person was (past tense) Divya Bharati...who had so much ambition and expectation from life but a single false move and everything was gone....Wait...one person qualifies for both the best and worst...Ashoka....he too massacered many men on the battle-field but then the battle of Kalinga melted his heart and made him vidicate his throne....to become an ascetic....a follower of Gautam Buddha....
