Wellness is for the increasingly fitness conscious youngsters of today. For the calorie counters, you can find an array of nutritional supplements and weight inhibitors. You can also find supplements to increase your weight. Apart from this, you have a whole range of beauty creams. Having found no reason to use a beauty cream in my life, I wasn't about to develop a sudden interest in them. However, for those of you who are interested in this sort of stuff, I suspect there are a whole bunch of creams and lotions. Almost all of the brands are phoren and you might for a second think you've walked into a Dollar Store.
However, the quality of items here is apparently better and more fitness focused than a Dollar Store. You will find reasonably priced exercise mats and exercise balls in this place. Apart from this, you can also find a section for opticals. Yup. You read that right. Nothing wrong with your eyes. The opticals section is quite interesting. You can get your eyes checked right there and order yourself a pair of spectactes. The range of spectacle frames are quite premium and may be ideal for those who can afford quality brands.
Overall, Reliance Wellness is a neighbourhood store in Hyderabad retailiing a whole range of fitness, dietary, optical, medicinal and personal care items. And that's quite a lot of items.
